Environmental upgrades of concrete mixer trucks and accelerated iteration of green construction equipment
With the deepening of environmental protection policies, the concrete mixer truck industry is accelerating its transformation towards green and low-emission technologies.
With the deepening of environmental protection policies, the concrete mixer truck industry is accelerating its transformation towards green and low-emission technologies. The new generation of mixer trucks utilizes a dedicated low-emission chassis and is equipped with a high-efficiency exhaust gas treatment system, significantly reducing pollutant emissions in the exhaust. Simultaneously, the mixing tank has undergone optimized sealing, reducing spillage and dust pollution during concrete transportation and effectively improving the environmental quality at construction sites.
In terms of performance optimization, the new mixer trucks have improved the tank blade structure and mixing system, enhancing the uniformity of concrete mixing and discharge efficiency, and reducing concrete segregation. Some models are also equipped with an intelligent temperature control system that automatically adjusts the tank speed according to the ambient temperature, ensuring that the concrete maintains good workability during transportation and preventing the quality of concrete from being affected by excessively high or low temperatures. Furthermore, the tank uses wear-resistant lining plates and an anti-corrosion coating, extending the equipment's service life and reducing maintenance costs for companies.
The chassis design of the mixer trucks also places greater emphasis on safety and maneuverability. The upgraded chassis is equipped with an anti-rollover stability system, brake assist, and blind spot monitoring system, improving vehicle stability in complex road conditions, especially in muddy or steep construction sites, effectively preventing rollovers and skidding. Furthermore, some mixer trucks utilize an electric auxiliary power system, switching to electric drive for low-speed driving and idling on construction sites, further reducing fuel consumption and noise emissions, providing strong support for green construction. As the construction industry's requirements for environmental protection and construction quality continue to rise, environmentally friendly mixer trucks are becoming standard equipment for construction companies, driving the upgrading of building construction towards a greener and more efficient direction.
